  • How to Meditate

  • Set timer for 5 minutes
  • Take a comfortable position
  • Close your eyes
  • Take a few deep, cleansing breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth
  • Begin breathing normally through your nose, keeping your eyes closed
  • Pick a place to feel your breath ( I like the end of my nostrils, personally )
  • Just focus on your breath, in and out
  • When your mind wanders just bring your attention back to your breath WITHOUT any judgment
  • When the timer goes, off take your time to open your eyes slowly. Then go about the rest of your day
  • Notice any increased clarity or calmness during the rest of your day ( I find the most benefit in the rest of my life )
