Set a Timer
I set a timer at the beginning of my meditation so I don't have to keep peeking at the clock. It allows me to relax into the meditation without trying to keep track of time. Another thing I do is set an alarm on my phone to remind me to meditate. If I'm busy when it goes off, I close my eyes and meditate for 1 minute. Something is better than nothing, plus I feel good I followed thru.
